Thousands flocked to Maleny on the Sunshine Coast Hinterland for the weekend of 8th and 9th of September 2012 for a two-day fiesta of food and fun at the Real Food Festival.
The festival, now in its second year, was bigger and better than last year, with a full festival program across four venues and plenty of family-friendly entertainment. There was an amazing line-up of exhibitors, guest chefs and food experts.
The festival was not only a showcase but also an opportunity to think about how our food is produced, what’s in our food, and the importance of local agriculture for food security.
